Kings Bromley Snooker Club operates from an upstairs room in the Village Hall, utilising two tables that have been on the premises since 1914!* It is primarily available to residents of Kings Bromley, but we are happy to welcome members from the surrounding villages if space is available.
Our main aim is to provide a friendly environment whereby all members can enjoy the game of snooker, whether they are experienced players or complete novices. We do not participate in any organised snooker league, as we prefer to focus on the social aspects of our snooker. In order to achieve this:

We hold a number of open sessions each week, where all members can mix and socialise. These are currently held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7pm onwards) and on Tuesday afternoons (2pm onwards).

We run a number of friendly competitions throughout the year, each one designed so that players are playing against others of a similar ability or are given a suitable “handicap”.

Established members are able to access the clubroom at other times in order to play against guests or other members at times to suit their own circumstances.
Our total membership is usually somewhere in the region of 40, with some playing as frequently as three times a week, whilst others are happy to play just once or twice a year. We have members of all ages and anyone over the age of 12 is able to join, though under 18s must be accompanied by an adult member.
Membership is just £15 per annum and there is a charge of 50p for each frame played, all of which we believe makes it a very affordable leisure activity for our members. We have a Whatsapp group to help members find a playing partner outside of open sessions and an on-line calendar to book tables.
